Hey I’m Emma Last.
I help overwhelmed and exhausted Leaders and Business owners to shift their mindset, fix their life’s balance and build a life of health, happiness and sustained high performance that they bounce out of bed for.
We live with so much pressure, are filled with self doubt and guilt about how we spend our time. We put ourselves last and somehow feel we are failing at life – to the point we lose who we really are. We have stress reactions, are filled with worry or anxiety and are low in energy. We don’t feel present and subconsciously feel we could be on the brink of burnout or illness if we do actually stop. Does this sound familiar?
We have a drive to perform at our best for our families and in our work, because it’s the life we started out wanting. We find it hard to pause and take ourselves off autopilot.
We forget we are only human. We forget we are breakable.
We forget that we need to put on our oxygen mask first.
I know this feeling too well! Being a career girl, business owner and mum of 3. Although we know how to lead others, we often have to go on a journey of self-discovery, self-awareness and self-development, so we can effectively lead ourselves.
I have created training and resources so you can self-develop or be mentored, coached and supported through each step. This is how the Human Reboot Movement was born…… It’s a life choice !
