Pete Cann is on a mission to bring laughter to a million people. In this episode, he shares how he discovered laughter yoga and how he knew he wanted more of it in his life.

He talks about two reboots in his life, one in 2017 where he had made a mistake in his business. A mistake that could have lost him everything, including his family home. At one point when he was considering his options and his way out of the situation he had thoughts to finish it all – He had never thought like that before. He highlights how his network of support, talking or writing about his challenges, and how affirming what he was doing through video diaries helped him hugely.
