GET YOUR WEEK OFF TO THE BEST START 

Growing your network of support, being able to share ideas and form friendships has been proven to increase feelings of happiness and reduce feelings of isolation and potential loneliness.

Human connection is so important. Creating healthy habits and understanding how to get the best out of you is all part of you growing your mental strength and resilience.

Connect – As well as being great for business, connecting with others is one of the NHS 5 ways to wellbeing.

Building connections is good for your mental fitness, by being part of a community of like-minded and positive individuals you are surrounding yourself with those that can support your mental fitness.

At the beginning of the session we work out who will benefit with working with who and at the end we all come back together and have our virtual lunch break together.

 

Co-work – So often when we work from home, we procrastinate what we need to get done.

Even prioritising tasks such as mopping the floor, cleaning the windows, or walking the cat !!

You will be asked at the beginning of the session what you want to achieve and you will be given support to get you on the right path.

Guest coaches and experts from my network will also be supporting.

Complete – Right now getting stuff done has never been more important to help us feel like we are moving forward in these very strange times.

Feeling like you have achieved and been productive can give you a real sense of achievement, boost your mood and self esteem.

You will be supported and held accountable to help you achieve what you want out of each session.

  • 10am- 11.45am – Co-working
  • 11.45am – Complete – Review and celebrate getting stuff done
  • 12pm- 12.30pm Virtual lunch break and network
