We live with so much pressure, feel guilt about how we spend our time, yet put ourselves last. We have stress reactions, are and are low in energy. We don’t feel we could be on the brink of burnout, but we can’t stop and take ourselves off autopilot. I know this feeling too well! Being a career girl, business owner and mum of 3.
